Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

We currently ship to the United Kingdom & the EU

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 5–10 business days

  • EU: 5-14 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before purchase.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated.

Tracking

All orders include tracked shipping.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

We are not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Items

  • Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging

Customs & Duties

For UK orders, there are no additional customs or import fees.

EU Shipping

We also ship to select European Union countries.
